Return Policy 

There are times, you want to return items for un-foreseen reasons, we gladly accept returns within 10 days and issue a refund for returned items (exclusions applies, please refer below). Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, then we cannot accept any returns. 
Shipping charges of all returns by the mistakes of Avion Mart shall be borne by Avion Mart. But if the return is by your choice then the return shipping shall be organized and paid by the customer.  
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If any damage during transit or handling, you may take a picture or video within 2 hours of its acceptance from the carrier and email it to customersupport@avion-mart.com. 
And the damaged item need not be shipped back, but Avion Express shall be replacing the item with your next purchase. 
Any complaints after 2 hours of the damaged item shall not be considered as the carrier’s or our fault. 
Non-returnable conditions:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Some health and personal care items
* * Inner-wears and leggings 
* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All return items must send back only after the confirmation from our support team
There are certain situation where only partial refunds are granted :(if applicable)
